Is the doctor consultation free?
Yes. Consultation with an IVF specialist doctor is offered at no consultation fee. Our care team first contacts you to arrange the appointment. Treatment charges are separate.
Is the blood test free without an IVF package?
No. The initial blood test is included with the IVF package at no extra charge. Confirm the included test(s), collection arrangements and itemised package price before booking. Not every investigation is included.
Who will handle the first call?
The first conversation is with a fertility counsellor. It provides general guidance and is not a medical diagnosis.
Must I upload reports?
No. Your name and mobile number are enough for the initial request. Do not send medical records through the website form or chat.
Must I begin IVF after the call?
No. A conversation or consultation does not create a treatment commitment. Medical decisions should follow individual evaluation and informed consent.
