This policy explains how Umeed IVF (“Umeed IVF”, “we”, “our” or “us”) handles personal data submitted through umeedivf.co.in. It covers website enquiries, callback requests, calculator use, analytics choices and direct contact initiated from this website.

For privacy questions, correction or erasure requests, consent withdrawal or grievances, email care@umeedivf.co.in. Please do not include detailed medical records in an ordinary email unless our care team has confirmed an appropriate channel.

2. Information we collect

Information you choose to provide

Our enquiry form may collect your name, mobile number, optional email, broad treatment concern and an optional message. A callback request also collects your preferred contact time. Please share only the information necessary for arranging a response.

Technical and campaign information

When you use the site, we may process page URL, referrer and campaign parameters such as UTM values, gclid or fbclid. Security services may process an IP address, browser information and challenge signals to identify automated or abusive submissions. We do not send treatment selections, form messages or other health-related enquiry details to Meta Pixel.

Call and WhatsApp button activity

When you select a call or WhatsApp button, we may record the action type, time, broad location of the button on this site, page path, language and referring domain for operational lead measurement. A button click does not tell us your name or phone number and does not confirm that a call connected or a WhatsApp message was sent. Campaign identifiers are included in this first-party record only when you have allowed optional measurement.

Calculator information

The IVF success calculator processes the values entered to return a broad educational category. It does not ask for your name, phone number or email, and the result is not a diagnosis or personal outcome prediction.

3. Why we use information

We use personal data to respond to an enquiry, arrange a requested callback or consultation, protect forms from abuse, deliver operational email notifications, understand website performance with your analytics choice, maintain records where required, and meet legal or safety obligations.

Submitting a website form requires a clear consent checkbox. You may withdraw consent for future consent-based processing by emailing us. Withdrawal does not change processing that was lawful before the request or processing required under applicable law.

4. Services that help operate this website

We use service providers only for defined operational purposes. These may include:

• Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, security, rate control and Turnstile verification;
• Google Workspace services for receiving and organising website enquiry records;
• Brevo for sending an operational notification to the authorised care inbox;
• Google Analytics 4 for site-use measurement after analytics permission; and
• Meta Pixel for permitted advertising measurement after marketing permission, without form health details.

These providers may process data under their own infrastructure and terms. We may also disclose limited information to professional advisers, regulators or authorities when required by applicable law. We do not sell website enquiry data.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential storage supports your privacy choice and site security. Optional analytics and advertising-measurement tags remain disabled until you choose “Allow measurement”. Because this is one combined optional choice, selecting “Essential only” keeps both Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel disabled. You can reopen “Cookie Settings” from the footer to change your choice. A change applies to future loading; providers may require separate browser or account controls for data already collected.

6. Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, manage follow-up, establish or defend legal rights, and meet healthcare, tax or other record obligations that apply. If an enquiry becomes part of clinical care, a separate clinical record-retention basis may apply. Records no longer required should be securely deleted or anonymised through periodic review.

We use measures such as encrypted transport, restricted credentials, bot verification, rate controls and access-limited service accounts. No internet transmission or storage system is risk-free. If you believe information was sent to us incorrectly or a security issue affects you, contact us promptly.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and any lawful record requirement, you may ask for information about personal data we process, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or grievance redressal. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in whole or part.

8. WhatsApp, telephone, email and external links

A WhatsApp button opens a service operated by WhatsApp/Meta. A call or email uses your device provider. Information you send after leaving this site is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices. External educational or government links are provided for reference; their privacy practices are outside our control.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults seeking fertility information. We do not knowingly invite a child to submit a lead form. A parent or lawful guardian who believes a child has submitted data should contact us for review.

10. Indian privacy framework and updates

We aim to process digital personal data consistently with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions and associated rules come into force. The official text is available on India Code.
