1. Acceptance and scope

These terms apply when you access or use umeedivf.co.in. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

The website is operated for Umeed IVF in Delhi, India. These terms cover general content, forms, callback requests, the educational IVF calculator and links that open telephone, email, WhatsApp or third-party resources.

2. Educational information is not medical advice

Website content is general educational information. It does not diagnose infertility, select a treatment, prescribe medicine, interpret an individual report or predict an outcome. Information can become outdated and may not apply to your medical history.

Do not delay urgent or necessary medical care because of something read here. This website is not an emergency service. For an emergency, contact an appropriate local emergency service or hospital.

3. Appointments and enquiries

A form submission or callback request is a request for contact, not confirmation of an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when the care team communicates the date, time and any required preparation. Provide accurate contact information and tell us if your availability changes.

Please do not use a website form to send urgent symptoms, complete medical histories, identification documents or large medical files. The care team may ask you to use a different channel where appropriate.

4. Treatment decisions, outcomes and success information

Fertility treatment suitability and outcomes vary with age, diagnosis, egg and sperm factors, embryo development, uterine health, general health and other circumstances. No page, calculator result, chat response or communication before assessment is an individual forecast.

Success information must be read with its outcome and denominator, such as a started cycle, egg collection or embryo transfer. Past group results cannot determine a future individual result. The website does not make an outcome promise.

5. Calculator limitations

The IVF success calculator applies simple rules to a small number of entries and returns only a broad educational category. It deliberately does not provide an exact percentage. It does not consider the full range of sperm, embryo, uterine, genetic, laboratory, medical and treatment factors. Do not use its output to begin, stop or alter treatment.

6. Costs and payments

Any website discussion of cost is general. A personal estimate should follow evaluation and should identify included and excluded items. Medicine needs, monitoring, laboratory procedures, freezing, storage and later treatment can change the total. Unless explicitly stated in a written clinic document, website content is not a binding quotation or payment offer.

7. Lawful and respectful use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive content, scrape personal information, or overload the website or its APIs. We may block automated or abusive requests and preserve relevant records where legally necessary.

10. Availability and limitation

We aim to keep the site secure and useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Umeed IVF is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website content instead of obtaining individual medical or professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indian healthcare requirements

ART, embryo testing, storage and surrogacy-related information are subject to prevailing Indian law, eligibility, clinical assessment and formal consent. Website summaries do not replace the applicable Acts, Rules, notifications or advice from appropriately qualified professionals. Altruistic surrogacy information is limited to eligible Indian couples under the prevailing legal pathway.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms when the website, services or law change. The effective date will identify the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Delhi, without limiting any mandatory consumer right.
